Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Virtual Inside Sales Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our remote inside sales representatives. Your primary focus will be to lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a remote team of inside sales representatives in partnership with the Field Area Manager, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance.
  • Set clear sales objectives and targets, and monitor progress against goals, ensuring the team is on track to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute and support virtual sales experiences
  • Optimize inbound and outbound lead management to ensure effective lead generation and conversion
  • Implement effective strategies to engage and upsell existing clients by identifying opportunities for additional products or services
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the inside sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary changes to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a virtual or remote work environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, virtual communication tools, and sales analytics software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
